CREDIT CARDS

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please have your credit card number, expiration date, and address you receive your credit card statement ready upon ordering. Pending verification of your billing address and credit card information, your order will be processed.

PRODUCT AVAILABLITY / SHIPPING / PRICING

Inventory is limited. All stock orders will be shipped immediately however, any backorders usually ship within three weeks from date of order.

Orders are shipped from the factory by FedEx Express Saver; all shipments are insured.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without a Lady Rider Return Form (below) and a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise, email returns@LRider.com.

Lady Rider Return Form

Freight must be paid by the customer. On each item returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a $3.00 restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; only a reshipment fee of $5.00 applies. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and unused condition (unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee.
-All items must be unused and in factory packaging.
-United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK C.O.D., the warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.
